When I joined the H&M Group in 2007 I could never have imagined the exciting journey that I would go on. From my first role as a sales advisor I have had opportunities to grow. After 5 years with H&M, I joined COS in 2013 as an area controller, responsible for budgeting and operations. At the time we had just 7 locations across China and Hong Kong, however we quickly expanded, opening in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. During this time, I had the chance to travel regularly. I met lots of new people from different cultures and experienced so many great things – language, food, weather. Now I am onto a new adventure with the e-commerce team in Shanghai as a business controller. I had butterfly’s in my stomach for weeks before the move, however I was confident that everything would be ok, my training and experience had prepared me for the challenge. I can’t wait to be part of the company growth in the next decade.


I started working at COS in 2014 when we first opened in Richmond, London. Being an original member of the team has been a great experience and I have really enjoyed watching the brands progression. One of the best things about working at COS is the team spirit, everyone works together to make it a friendly place to work and new comers are always made to feel welcome. I would really recommend working for COS, so long as you are open minded and flexible there are so many opportunities. I have personally enjoyed supporting new store openings and hope to do more of these in the future, they give you the chance to experience a new city, meet people and introduce the brand to new customers.


I joined COS in January 2015. I applied because I really liked the quality of the clothes and the inspiration behind the collection. My first job at COS was floor manager in our Knightsbridge store, 2 years later I was promoted to assistant manager and then in 2018 I became the store manager for our Kings Road store. My favorite thing about working at COS is the company values, I have always felt appreciated and treated as an individual and not just a number. As a store manager one of the most important parts of my job is to make sure that my team feel the same way. Working at COS has been a wonderful experience, I have met some amazing people and I am looking forward too many more years at COS.


My life with COS began because I fell in love with the products and its story, but what drove me to be where I am now are the people who share the same values and have the same love for the brand. Their story is my story and we are making new memories together every day. I started my journey at COS as a Store Manager in 2016 in Seoul, Korea, I then became the Area Manager for Korea and Japan, leading the business forward with the help of an outstanding team. The experience not only taught me the value of a great team, but it also helped to broaden my own skill set and vision for my career. Recently, I transitioned into a new role as the Omni-channel Project Manager for Japan, while supporting the APAC regional team in Hong Kong.


COS was always part of my lifestyle, but I never considered that it would also be a big part in my career life too! I joined COS during my studies in Frankfurt as a part time sales advisor. I really loved working with the team, with the garments & especially the atmosphere we created in the store for the customers. I quickly realized that my studies in finance & accounting did not really interest me much and therefore I was looking for another opportunity. I was approached by my Store Manager who told me that COS also had jobs in the field of accounting / controlling. I was given the opportunity to work as an Area Controller trainee for the German market. During my trainee program in Berlin I had my own responsibilities & also had the chance to cover a position in the London Head Office. During this time, I was able to develop my knowledge & skills with the great support of my mentors & other team members. If you are open minded, flexible & passionate about what you do, you will experience a great journey at COS, alongside the amazing people you meet. Currently I am the Junior Area Controller for Germany and cant wait to take the next step in my career.


I joined COS five years ago as an assistant buyer on ladieswear after admiring the brand for its timeless yet innovative design and commitment to high quality products. Within COS and the H&M group, there are so many opportunities to develop or diversify your career, and one came my way when I moved onto the online team and was given the responsibility of setting up a buying function for the fast-growing e-commerce channel. This gave me the chance to work with a variety of functions across the business, which I absolutely loved, and I gained invaluable experience and knowledge. Now that the buying team is completely set up, I am the e-commerce buyer for ladieswear; working with the buyers to drive new multichannel working methods and optimise the assortment for our different channels
